I could go on for a long time
about quality, honesty, etc. but 2 things
have been a real blessing in the past
years, both centered around my employees.
In all 3 offices I get constant feedback
and comments from our clients about how
polite and courteous our employees are
during a project. Clients tell me they are
responsive to homeowners needs and
concerns, clean up every day, use little
to no potty mouth words and in general are
very respectful of who they're working
for. And while they are acting in a
professional manner on the job site they
are also installing the roofing in a
professional manner, evident every fall
when the rains start up again and I
receive very few if any call backs for
leaks. Any business owner knows one of the
hardest things to get is good employees
and I have been blessed by those who work
for me.
